Spring 2017 Registration Closed

Registration Fee:
$35 per child

(fee includes $10 late fee)

Forms must be received by 2/7/17 and confirmed with Registrar for team placement.

Cancellation policy- Muncy AYSO Registration fees are non-refundable.  Uniform fees refundable until delivery to player.

Uniforms:                                    

$35 for full uniform (Uniform = Jersey, Shorts, and Socks) Individual pieces are also available for purchase.
Uniforms are required for all players in U8, U10, & U12 divisions. Uniforms must be prepaid at one of the registration nights. Please bring payment (cash or check: payable to “Muncy AYSO”. Returned check fee $15). AYSO will provide team t-shirts for U6 division players.

Parent volunteers are needed for coaching, refereeing, team parents, fund-raising, field maintenance, and board positions. We are an all volunteer organization.
